Two weeks ago, James and I arrived home safely from our all-expense paid trip to Croatia and Paris. Our two-week excursion was preceded by business-building efforts with our team in Glasgow, Scotland where Shael and James Haram are doing a fantastic job sharing God’s gift of oils in the UK!
Then, we headed to Split, Croatia (again, a little early, for some extra R&R), and stayed at the Radisson Resort with a balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
Over the next few days, we took a ferry and toured the island of Brach; sampled numerous gourmet, fresh seafood dishes; and explored the 2000-year-old ruins of a medieval fortress with the most as.
We also visited Diocletian’s palace, and walked along the coast enjoying the breeze, beauty, and aromatic scents of the ancient city.
After the rest of the Young Living Diamonds arrived, we moved to the 5-star hotel, Le Meridien Lay Split, also overlooking the exotic Adriatic Sea.
Over the next few days, we explored together the island of Hvar; enjoyed a beautiful organic meal on the countryside; and experienced a ribbon cutting ceremony (after helping to plant helichrysum on Young Living’s newest farm in Croatia).
Young Living gifted us with stylish jackets, nice button down shirts, and a big bag of free oils and NingXia Red (why did I pack mine again?).
Young Living then chartered a jet for all the diamonds to travel to Paris, France (Yes, we almost died in a plane crash, but I digress) where we stayed at the exquisite L’Hotel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe Paris.
Young Living gifted us with passes to tour the historic city’s most popular sights, but we opted to do most of the site seeing on our own.
The grand finale included an exclusive Diamond dinner at the French baroque style castle, Château de Vaux le Vicomte. After dinner, we were invited to the veranda to enjoy our own personal fireworks display over the beautiful gardens.
There’s no way I can describe to you all the blessings of this trip, but feel free to (if you haven’t already) browse our Facebook photos and catch a glimpse of the beauty of Europe.
A few years ago, I would never have dreamed we would be experiencing such a wonderful opportunity. Achieving Diamond last fall was stunning, but the beauty of it all is that any of you can accomplish the same thing. And we would be honored and eager to join you in your efforts to get there! Just let us know!
So thankful to the Lord for Young Living’s generosity and quality commitment to their customers, their staff, and their leaders!
