🌼 German Chamomile vs. Roman Chamomile: What’s the Difference? 🌼
They may share a name, but German and Roman Chamomile are more like wise cousins than twins—each with gentle, powerful gifts.
✨ Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) has a sweet, apple-like scent and is cherished for its calming effect on the emotions. It’s perfect for winding down, soothing anxious hearts, and promoting restful sleep—gentle enough for babies and a mama’s best friend during meltdowns (theirs or yours).

💙 German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is rich in chamazulene, giving it a striking blue hue and strong anti-inflammatory properties. It’s a skin-soothing hero and amazing for physical discomfort, from teething to tummy trouble.
Both are tender and nurturing—just with different superpowers. Which one is in your toolkit?
There is oil in the house of the wise…” (Proverbs 21:20)
