Yields about 18 meatballs
- 2 lb. Grass-fed Ground Beef
- 2-3 T. fresh parsley chopped
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- 1 T. Onion Powder
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1-2 drops Black Pepper Vitality essential oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Add all the ingredients except the beef into a bowl and stir well. Add in the beef and stir with a fork until just combined. Do not overmix.
Form into 2-4 T. meatballs. Roast in cast iron skillet or sheet pan. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through. Do not overcook. Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
