- 1 14 oz. Can Coconut Milk
- 5 T. Chia Seeds
- 1 T. Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup*
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 C. pureed fruit (optional)
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Toppings of your choice: Berries, Nuts, Paleo Granola, Shredded Coconut
- Optional Essential Oils: Cinnamon Bark, Christmas Spirit, Orange or Lemon
*(If you’re avoiding sugar completely, you can use a squirt of Young Living Vitality Drops in place of honey)
Blend coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Add a quick squirt of Vitality Drops and stir with a fork until the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir once more to evenly combine the seeds throughout. Taste and add more maple syrup if you’d like it a bit sweeter. Portion into your bowl, then add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
