Dragon Breath Spray

This breath spray is easy to make and totally natural! While you may want to experiment with various oils, therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil alone works great!

Dragon Breath Spray

1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. purified water
1 tsp. honey
2 drops stevia
10-15 drops of Young Living’s therapeutic grade peppermint or cinnamon essential oil or Thieves blend

Add oil to the vodka and shake well against the palm of your hand for 20 shakes. Add purified water, honey, and stevia and shake again. Spray directly into the mouth 1-2 times to freshen breath. No more dragon breath!

[Note: Only use therapeutic grade oils that are labeled as “supplements” in this recipe. Read more HERE about what this means and why it’s important to only use “therapeutic grade essential oils” internally.]

I love to read about why to use therapeutic grade essential oils only for internal use, but there isn’t a link. Can you help, please? Thanks!!

Sorry – the link is working now.

The directions say to add stevia, but it is not in the ingredient list. What amount do you recommend?
