Sleepy Time Lavender Bath
1 C. Epsom Salts or Dead Sea Salts
1 T. Lavender Buds (optional)
20 Drops Young Living Lavender or Stress Away Blend
Luxury “Calm and Comforted” Bath Soak
1 C. Dry Buttermilk
1 C. Epsom Salts or Dead Sea Salts
1/4 C. Baking Soda
10 Drops Vetiver Essential Oil
10 drops Sandalwood

Gentle Baby Bath Dream
1 T. Dry Buttermilk
1 T. Epsom Salts or Dead Sea Salts
5 Drops Gentle Baby Blend, lavender, or chamomile
Dragon Skin Bath Soak (Not only good for the skin, but it smells heavenly!)
1 C. Almond Oil
Vitamin E (squirt one gel cap into almond oil)
12 Drops Sandalwood or Three Wise Men blend
5 Drops Ylang Ylang
2 Drops Geranium
1 drop lavender, neroli, or rose essential oil
[My favorite way to use this bath oil is to rub it all over my body before getting into a hot bath or shower!]
Soothing Ivy Bath Soak
9 Drops lavender
6 Drops peppermint
6 Drops lemon
3 Drops geranium
3 Drops chamomile
1 T. sweet almond or jojoba oil
4 cups finely ground oats (use food processor)
1 C. powdered buttermilk
1 cup Epsom salts
Mix together until oils are completely worked into salt mixture (this is a good job for children!). Place in a sealed, glass container to enjoy whenever you need a nice soak!
