Menopause can be a confusing time. And, unlike puberty, too often, women going through “the change” don’t have an older woman to walk them through it. That’s why we’re here to help! We have resources (and a few classes) to help you ease your way through this natural transition in life.
It’s important to remember that hormones don’t function in isolation—they work in a beautifully synergistic system, where each hormone influences and responds to others. Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, insulin, and thyroid hormones all interact like instruments in an orchestra. When one is out of tune, the whole body feels it.
For example, high cortisol from chronic stress can suppress progesterone, leading to anxiety or irregular cycles. Blood sugar spikes can disrupt estrogen levels. Low thyroid function can affect mood, metabolism, and fertility. It’s all connected.
That’s why hormonal balance is about more than just one gland or one hormone—it’s about supporting the body as a whole. Nourishing sleep, clean nutrition, liver support, stress management, and targeted supplementation help bring the system back into harmony—so women can feel vibrant, focused, and emotionally steady throughout every stage of life.

STep 1 – Hormone Essentials
Whether you’re a young woman navigating cramps and PMS, in the thick of perimenopause, or you’ve already upgraded your queen-ship by rocking post-menopause—one thing’s for sure: regardless of age, we all have hormones until the day we die, so a girl can always use a little support. 🙋♀️
So yes, these little pink packets? They’re for every single one of us. 💖
💗 Daily Hormone Essentials doesn’t add hormones to your body—it’s packed with herbs and adaptogens that not only help soothe symptoms, but also support and balance your body’s own natural hormone rhythms.
That means it meets you where you are, whether you’re dealing with mood swings, cramps, fatigue, hot flashes, or you just need a little more calm and clarity.
This one’s going to be a game-changer for so many women. 🙌

STep 2 – DITCH THE DISRUPTORS
Another important thing to consider are the everyday household products in your life that contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs)—compounds that mimic or block your natural hormones and silently disrupt your cycle, sleep, metabolism, and fertility.
Learn where they hide, so you can make simple swaps to avoid them. WATCH THIS VIDEO to be inspired.
- Drink plenty of water with minerals
- Remove toxic chemicals and harmful plastics from your life and home
- Healthy fats (avocados, flax, coconut oil, eggs)
- Cruciferous veggies for estrogen detox (broccoli, cauliflower)
- Avoid endocrine disruptors (plastics, parabens, synthetic fragrance)
- Gentle daily movement
- Prioritize rest + reduce stress (it hijacks hormones)

Although women of any age can benefit from the hormone-balancing power of our Daily Hormone Essentials, if you feel more targeted help, you may want to take a simple hormone test. This will help you examine where your levels are high or lower than normal. Click below to get 30% off your test – choose the “Women’s Health” test.
STep 3 – TARGETED SUPPORT
Young Living has a number of products that help support your body’s efforts to balance naturally. Progesterone declines sharply after ovulation slows (perimenopause) and stays low post-menopause. Estrogen naturally drops in perimenopause & menopause. But most women can get by with just a little balancing help from Daily Hormone Essentials.

DIY Personal Lubricant
Menopause, perimenopause, and other hormone disruptions may cause occasional vaginal dryness. It’s a sign that your body isn’t making enough estrogen. However, while you work on getting your hormones under control, which should be your primary goal, there are topical DIYs that can support healthy hormone levels, while offering healthy lubrication. Start with Prenelone Plus, but also feel free to make one of my DIY lubricants.
