- 1.5 C. Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (The Bake Believe brand can sometimes be found at Costco)
- 2-4 T. Coconut Butter or (“manna”)
- 1 cup Canned Coconut Cream (unsweetened)
- 10-15 drops Peppermint Vitality Essential Oils
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Dutch Processed is darker, looks “posh”)
- Sea Salt (Optional coating idea)
- Shredded coconut (Optional coating idea)
Instructions
• Place chocolate, coconut cream, and coconut butter in double boiler just until melted.
• Let cool. Mix in essential oils to taste. Refrigerate just until hard enough to roll into 1.5-2″ balls.
• Dust in cocoa powder or other topping and lay on parchment paper in the refrigerator until hard.
*Variations: For a chocolate orange option, swap out Young Living’s Orange Vitality Essential Oil.
Other oils: black pepper, rosemary, Bergamot.
