- 4 oz. Smoked Salmon, sliced
- 6 oz. Vegan Cream Cheese
- 1 T. Lemon Juice
- 1-2 T. Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill
- 2 T. Chopped Fresh Parsley, plus more for garnish
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 T. Capers for garnish
- 2-3 drops Lemon essential oil
- 1-2 drops Black Pepper essential oil
Pulse all ingredients together in the food processor and blend until smooth. Top with fresh parsley and capers. Serve on keto crackers or lettuce cups, stuff into meats or omelets, or serve on top of a salad.
