Starting Tuesday, April 1, you’ll find exciting enhancements to the Compensation Plan. Here are the highlights of how these enhancements will impact and benefit your teams:
New rank achievement bonuses:
Team members reaching Senior Star, Executive, or Silver for the first time will receive bonuses up to three times at each rank:
- Senior Star: $100/month
- Executive: $150/month
- Silver: $200/month
Updated globally aligned Fast Start rules:
Simplified rules provide clear, impactful rewards for your team’s enrollers.
Placing Rewards within reach of those just starting out
More compensation is directed toward foundational ranks, driving engagement and growth across your team.
Enhanced Generation Leadership Bonus pool:
New activity-based qualifications emphasize leadership engagement.
Executives are now included in the pool, allowing you to reward leaders at earlier stages of development.
