This man… he’s one of the most tenacious people I know. His “before and after” didn’t happen because of luck or great metabolism—it happened because he worked hard and paired that work with the best tools to support his efforts.
But here’s the thing—hard work and the right tools still aren’t enough unless you make the decision to show up every single day. Even when you don’t feel like it. That’s what makes him stand out.
On May 26—just 76 days ago—he started his own personal challenge:
🏃♂️ Walk 10,000+ steps a day, which includes a 4-mile power-walk (often with a weighted vest)
🥗 Eat cleaner than ever
(hello Foodie Reset plan)
💊 Use top-tier supplements
🍷 Drink 4-6 oz. of a superfood drink he refuses to live without
The results? Weight loss. Reduced Inflammation. More strength. More energy than he’s had in years.
All of this while we road-tripped from Illinois to Utah for Young Living’s annual convention, then down to California to visit family, and back home again. Not once did he skip a day—sometimes rising before dawn to “get his steps in.” Me? 😴
More than once, I woke up early in our hotel room to find him standing there with a steaming cup of coffee—coffee he picked up for me after his run. So sweet and tenacious.
That’s the kind of grit that inspires me every day.
A lot of people have asked him about the tools he used—so I’ve linked them for you here. Just remember: while the right tools matter, nothing replaces decisive, consistent action!
