- 1 Bundle Curly Parsley, washed, dried, and chopped
- 1 T. White Onion, chopped
- at least 2 fresh Cloves Garlic
- ¼ C. Olive Oil
- 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano (or Oregano essential oil using “toothpick method”
- 1 dried Red Chili Pepper or Jalapeno (or could use a pinch of red pepper flakes)
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 drop Young Living Vitality Black Pepper
Pulse all ingredients in food processor. Serve as dip with plantain chips or spoon over meat or vegetables. It also makes a great dipping sauce for paleo flat bread!
