- 1 bundle parsley, washed, dried, and chopped fine
- 1 T. chopped white onion
- 2 fresh cloves garlic
- ¼ C. olive oil
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (or oregano essential oil using “toothpick method”
- 1 dried red chili pepper or jalapeno
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 drop Young Living Vitality Black Pepper
Pulse all ingredients in food processor. Serve as dip with plantain chips or spooned over meat or vegetables. It makes a great dipping sauce for paleo flat bread too!
