Homemade avocado ranch dressing in a small jar with fresh greens

Creamy Protein-Packed Ranch Dressing!

  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • A few slices of red onion
  • 2 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Full Fat Coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of Dr Kellyann’s Collagen Protein Powder* (optional)
  • Handful of Fresh Parsley
  • 1 1/2 C. Avocado Oil (Don’t add until the end as per instructions)

Use the seasonings below or simply use 2-3 T. of a Ranch Seasoning Blend without sugar, dairy, gluten, or MSG.

Dried Herb Blend:

  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2-3 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2-1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2-1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2-1 tsp. dried dill

Soak the dried herbs in the vinegar and lemon first while preparing the ingredients for the food processor. Process all ingredients EXCEPT avocado oil in a food processor. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream while processing, until blended.
