These Keto meatballs are a great choice for numerous gluten-free recipes or for high-protein snacking while on a Keto or Paleo diet. Use in sauces, gravies, or for dipping. Try dipping in my Garlic Jalapeno Aioli or even my Chimichurri Sauce! You’ll be hooked!
- 1 lb. Grass-Fed Ground Beef, Ground Sausage, or a combination of both
- 2 T. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 T. Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp. Oregano (leave out for Asian recipes)
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1-2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 T. Arrowroot
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Gently combine all ingredients using a fork. Do not overmix. Once combined, use your hands to form 1.5 inch meatballs.
Place meatballs on lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 16 minutes or until cooked through.
Meatballs can be frozen partially cooked or raw for future use.
