Lemon Thyme Throat Infusion

This recipe is great for a hostess, teacher, or “just because” gift. Or include it in a winter-comfort gift basket, along with dried soup, a mug, cinnamon sticks, and an organza bag filled with Thieves lozenges!

1/2 C Manuka Honey (or raw, local honey)*
1/4 C. Brandy
10 Drops Young Living’s Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
6 Drops Young Living’s Thieves Vitality Essential Oil Blend
4 Drops Thyme Vitality Essential Oil

Combine honey and Brandy in a small bowl. Pour into desired storage bottle and add essential oils. Shake well before use. Serving size: 1-2 teaspoons

Non-alcoholic Version

1 C Manuka Honey (preferably raw, local honey)*
1/4 C Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
10 Drops Young Living’s Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
6 Drops Young Living’s Thieves Vitality Essential Oil Blend
4 Drops Thyme Vitality Essential Oil

Combine honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour into desired storage bottle and add essential oils. Shake well before use. Serving size: 1-2 teaspoons

*Babies should not consume honey, as it may cause infant botulism, a rare but potentially fatal illness.
