Keto Paleo Hummus

I never imagined a day would come when my husband would retire and practically take over my kitchen? THIS from the man who didn’t know where the dish towels were a few short years ago! Can I just say how thankful I am that he figured it out???

This recipe is one of my favorite snacks! I like to slice up radishes and use them as “chips” for dipping! Yum!

Ingredients…

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Yield: approximately 3 cups of some of the most AMAZING guilt-free hummus you will ever taste!
