Yields about 18 meatballs
- 2-3 T. fresh parsley chopped
- 1-2 T. fresh mint minced
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- 1-2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 T. ground coriander
- 2 T. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (fresh ginger can be used for extra flavor!)
- 1-2 drops Black Pepper Vitality essential oil
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 cup grated onion
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Add all the ingredients except the beef into a bowl and stir well. Add in the beef and stir with a fork until just combined. Do not overmix.
